The room needs improvement Positive: Good location if you have a car. Free parking. Good cafes and shops nearby, very quiet area. Good air conditioning, well furnished Negative: Overall, the room looks like the photos, but the shower was poorly maintained. The bed isn't very comfortable, and I'd like better quality bed linens; they're thin and synthetic. An electric kettle and at least some basic kitchen essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are also missing. The balcony furniture is torn and in poor condition. The soundproofing is poor.

Positive: My stay at Lik Zima II was one of my best experiences in Mexico! It's beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped for a long stay with fridge, microwave, washer, and more. The bed was very comfortable, aircon and WiFi were excellent, and the shower had strong hot water, a modern shower head, and a door that prevented leaks and spills. The unit is private, quiet, and secure, with a key‑code room and security staff in the building. Great location—7‑Eleven just a short walk away, taxis nearby, close to beaches, grocery stores, and the town center. Totally safe to walk at night, with people around enjoying their walks. Beautiful place, and the host was friendly and responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here and definitely recommended!
