great stay in tulum and this place made it worth it Positive: i love this property. the owners bought quality items to outfit the property. the host were excellent. There is nothing but good things about this unit. Would highly recommend for the value Negative: there is nothing not to like about this place.

easy location, great property, would stay here over and over Positive: the owners outfitted the property correctly......good kitchen utensils, great bedding, ease of communication. by far the property managers for this unit were some of the best i have stayed with and would highly recommend them Negative: there was nothing to not like about this unit.

if you are in Tulum this is a great place for a great value !! Positive: I have stayed in many AirBNB\VRBO\Bookings apartments throughout the world and this is by far one of the best. The host had it outfitted with Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and tableware. They were extremely responsive to any request. I extended my stay 11 days and the trasition was seamless. I would stay at any of their properties Negative: there was nothing not to like......there is some construction across the street but not noticeable
