Convenient but uncomfortable with cheap furniture. Positive: I liked the location, the pool and gym. The working space and theater room. The place was clean and bright. They have friendly and helpful staff. Close walk to everything and safe. The host was attentive and very accessable. Water pressure and temperature was great. The WiFi was really great and very stable, which is important. We work and have a homeschool gamer teenager as well. Negative: Sad to say but the sofa smelled horrible. I mentioned it and a cleaning crew came to clean it and make it fresh but...after it dried it still smelled bad. We only sat on it with our beach towels but after that it was extremely cheap and very uncomfortable. We all used the dining room chairs to sit on during our stay as there were no other places to sit. Now the beds were also very hard and cheap as well as the plastic wood grain head boards. There was no extra bedding and the sheets were super cheap as well. We woke up with sore backs and bad nights.of tossing and turning. No comfort in the unit at all. The dining room table tilted over easily because again it's cheap and poor design. The neighbor who happened to be an owner, was arguing very loudly for a few hours, into the early morning hours. Seems as though it happens often. She refused to quiet down after being asked a couple of times. This happened two nights in a row. Super inconsiderate and very rude for other guests because of the sounds echoing in the hallways and outside as well.

Great Spot Great pools very comfortable. Positive: Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Minor issues were solved quickly with a smile. Negative: If I have to find a complaint, it would be that there's not enough places to hang up wet towels or bathing suits. I got in trouble for drying my wetsuits on the balcony. But there was no other place to do it.

Todo genial. Positive: Absolutamente todo. Negative: Nada.

Positive: Buena ubicación, bonitas instalaciones y el personal es muy atento y amable.
