They accommodated us when our other reservation cancelled day of arrival. The property is stunning, clean and so relaxing. I highly recommend staying here!

Host was very responsive check in day we had parties all arriving at various times. Each party has to have a unique QR code for their vehicle. Every time I messaged with names and licence plate host responded quickly to get us QR code. Even when last party arrived after 1130 pm

They cancelled our stay at 8:30pm the night before. Then they offer to substitute for a property that was 10 times lower quality for the same cost. Is this a common tactic or scam? Now week later the host still has not refunded.
